Delivery services used by The Netball Shop include- Australia Post, Go Logistic & TNT Couriers. International deliveries - Australia Post.
(the shipping method you choose relates to the speed of shipping only, not the speed of order preparation)
Delivery time -
Stock items:
Items in stock are sent as soon as possible. Orders are sent from Penrith (NSW) and delivery time will vary depending on destination and how the goods are sent (an indication of delivery time of the service you choose is given when ordering). If an item happens to be out of stock when you order we will order it and send it to you as soon as it becomes available. If you need your gear for a specific date, we encourage you to let us know by filling in the Special Instructions / Notes section at the checkout as we may be able to send part of your order if some items are not available immediately.
Made to order items:
Items made to your order can take 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule at the time (February to May is our busiest time and you need to allow the 6-8 weeks). Delivery time can be advised at the time of ordering and best efforts are made for your order to be ready when you need it. Please note on your order if you have a specific date that you require your order by (for example, a presentation night or special gala day). If you are ordering uniforms, let us know what date your competition starts - we can't guarantee you will have your uniform if you haven't allowed the required lead time, but we will do our best to have you looking great in your new gear as quickly as possible. You can send us a message with your order by typing into the Special Instructions / Notes section at the checkout.  Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure that made-to-order items are delivered within the specified time, there may unfortunately be times when delays occur and delivery times take longer than expected.

Delivery charges:
Domestic:

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. Please note that some delivery options are listed that will not be applicable to all orders. For example, online uniform parcel post is ony available to members of clubs who are purchasing their uniform or accessories from the club's online uniform page. If you incorrectly choose the wrong shipping method we will contact you when your order is processed. 
International:
Whilst we endeavour to monitor and update the freight costs for all international deliveries, these can vary at any time due to price increases applied by our freight company. If there is an increase in the costs at the time your order you will be notified prior to the processing and/or shipping of your order.
International customers - please also note that you are responsible for all government duties and taxes applicable in your country, payable on receipt of the goods.

Insurance
The Netball Shop does not insure deliveries as a matter of course, and no compensation is available should your uninsured order be lost or damaged in transit.
Within Australia:
The postal system is very reliable and it is rare that parcels are lost. Most parcels are able to be tracked through the Australia Post web site using the tracking number advised by email when your order was posted.

Outside Australia:
Whilst the international postal delivery system is quite reliable, it is out of our control and on the odd occasion parcels can go missing. You do however have the option to insure your goods whilst in transit so that you can be compensated should there be loss or damage during delivery. Let us know if you want your parcel insured by noting it in the message box on checkout. The charge for the insurance will be calculated and added to your total by our admin staff.
